SIS Student Wins First Prize in 15th Beijing College English Speech Contest
On November 30, 2024, the semifinals and final of the 15th Beijing College English Speech Contest were held at the University of International Business and Economics (UIBE). Wu Yue, a 2022 undergraduate pursuing a dual bachelor's degree in Law and English (supervised by lecturer Su Yurong), competed against over 50 outstanding contestants from universities across Beijing, including Peking University, Tsinghua University, Renmin University of China, and Beijing Foreign Studies University. After intense competition, Wu Yue demonstrated exceptional performance and was awarded the First Prize.
