SIS MTI Student Li Shuxian Wins First Prize in 13th National Interpreting Competition
The final round of the 13th National Interpreting Competition (English), guided by the China Foreign Languages Publishing Administration and organized by the Translators Association of China and the China Academy of Translation, was held at Hunan Normal University on December 28-29, 2024. Li Shuxian, a 2024 MTI graduate student in Conference Interpreting at the School of International Studies (SIS), demonstrated solid English proficiency and exceptional interpreting skills, earning the First Prize in the consecutive interpretation category.
